Georgetown DSAN Offers Scholarships and Extended Deadlines for Federal Workforce

Georgetown DSAN values the impactful work of those in public service, and we recognize that federal government reductions in the workforce and other governmental shifts have impacted many in the DMV community and beyond.

We are pleased to offer a 10% scholarship on the base tuition to current or recently separated federal civil government employees. This scholarship is applicable to federal workers and affiliates applying for the Academic Year 2025 – 2026. Application must include proof of federal civil service employment or affected status. Some restrictions may apply. Affected current students are eligible for this merit-based aid through their respective programs, following standard university procedures.

DSAN has also extended application deadlines for those affected by federal workforce reductions:

  • Priority Deadlines | December 15 & January 15
  • Round 2 Deadline | April 1*
  • Round 3 Deadline | May 1*

We are also offering a 10% tuition scholarship for Georgetown undergraduates and alumni from the Classes of 2023 and 2024. You can find more information here.
