We are excited to share that Binhui Chen’s (MS’25) paper, “Advancing Sequence Clustering with Time-Wrapping Distance Measurement,” has been accepted by the 2025 Annual Meeting of the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME)! She will be presenting the paper at Graduate Student eBoard session at the NCME conference at Denver, CO in April 2025.

Binhui is an MDI scholar and also works as a Research Assistant in Dr. Britt He’s AI Measurement and Data Science (AIMD) Lab within the DSAN program. This year, NCME got 118 graduate students’ proposals. Binhui ranked in the Top 10!

“This is a great accomplishment for our master’s students to compete with more advanced PhD students in this session. The NCME is one of the top-tier conferences in the educational measurement field, which attracts approximately 1,500 participants to the conference every year.” – Dr. Britt He
