I'm a Natural Language Processing researcher within the Department of Defense. I apply deep learning methods to human language technology problems, such as named entity recognition, cross-language information retrieval, and others. I received my undergraduate degree in mathematics from Bucknell University and my master's degree in linguistics (computational linguistics) from Georgetown University.
At Georgetown, I've taught courses on natural language processing, deep learning, python software design, and large language models.
